Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@salinaaz.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
